The world can never have too many dumplings

It’s true. The Passionate Cook made dumplings a theme last month, and Delicious Days rose to the challenge with some amazing strawberry dumplings with poppyseeds.

I have recently fallen in love with The Journal of a Girl who Loves To Cook, though it makes me so hungry! She has some fabulous dumpling recipes that I so have try out: Japanese Pork Gyozas, Chinese Dumplings, Ukrainian Vareniki and Russian Pelmeni. And for the sweet toothed - she has a recipe for those tasty Japanese mochi.
